In 2015, recognizing the urgent need for action, Sai Homes Co-Op Housing Society initiated the process of redevelopment. With the support of our dedicated members and visionary leadership, we embarked on a mission to revitalize our community and create a safer, more sustainable living environment for all residents. The decision to pursue redevelopment was not taken lightly, but it was the only viable option to address the structural deficiencies and ensure the long-term viability of our society.
